Circular : With reference to the early circular of this office regarding the SOPs in relation to Covid-19 epidemic, dated 16 March 2020 and 4″ June 2020 the following precautionary measures along with the SOPs issued by concerned authority from time to time shall be followed carefully and adopted strictly by the court employees, respected lawyers as well as the litigant public while entering the court premises and court buildings:

With reference to the early circular of this office regarding the SOPs in relation to Covid-19 epidemic, dated 16 March 2020 and 4″ June 2020 the following precautionary measures   along with the SOPs issued by concerned authority from time to time shall be followed carefully and adopted strictly by the court employees, respected lawyers as well as the litigant public while entering the court premises and court buildings:

  1. While entering into the court premises the employees, lawyers and litigant public must wear a standard face mask, otherwise any of the person without a facemask will not be allowed to enter the court building from the main gate.
  2. Only the lawyers, clerk of lawyers, one of the persons from the litigant party whose case will be ripe for hearing or whose presence is required and important before the Hon’ble Court or in Registry office shall be allowed to enter from the main gate.
  3. During the hearing of cases in the Court Room only the Advocates and one of the persons being party in either side of the case shall enter the Room.
  4. A durable distance from each side shall be maintained by the lawyers and litigants in the court Rooms.
  5. Any person with symptoms of Corona Virus infection high temperature shall not be allowed to enter the Court premises.
  6. The security persons at main gate will make sure that only concerned and required persons are allowed to enter the Supreme Court premises.
  7. The medical staff deputed at Supreme Court will make sure to check mask and temperature of every person before his/her entry into the Supreme court and no suspected/sick person will be allowed to enter the Supreme court premises
  8. The Registry Branch as well as I.T Section of this office will cooperate with the Lawyers for replying their phone calls and update them regarding their next dates and other requirements in the concern court cases
