In exercise of the powers vested in him under Order II rule I of the Supreme Court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Rules, 1978, the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, has been pleased to order that the working hours of the offices of the Supreme Court at Muzaffarabad, Mirpur and Rawalakot during the month of Ramadan, will be observed as under from 1st Ramadan.

Monday to Thursday & Saturday : From 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m
Friday : From 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 noon
Break for Zohar Prayer : From 01:05 p.m. to 1:35 p.m.

In exercise of powers vested in him under Order II rule 1 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Supreme Court Rules, 1978, the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, has been pleased to order that the working hours of the offices of the Supreme Court at Muzaffarabad, Mirpur and Rawalakot during winter will be observed as under with effect from 16.10.2023:-

Friday From 09:00 a.m. to. 12:00 noon
Monday to Thursday Saturday. From 09:00 a.m. to. 03:00 p.m.
Break for Zohar Prayer. From 01:00 p.m. to. 01:35 p.m.

No judicial work unless of an urgent nature, shall be admitted after 12:30 pm.

NOTIFICATION: In exercise of the powers conferred by Order II, rule 7 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Supreme Court Rules, 1978, the Hon’ble Chief Justice (Competent Authority), has been pleased to order that during remaining long vacations of this Court, his lordship shall perform the functions as vacation Judge, whereas, Mr. Justice Khawaja Muhammad Nasim and Mr. Justice Raza Ali Khan, the Hon’ble Judges, shall be Judges in waiting till further orders.
