NOTIFICATION The Hon’ble Chief Justice of Azad Jammu & Kashmir has been pleased to order that his lordship and Mr. Justice Raza Ali Khan, Hon’ble Judge Supreme Court shall hold sitting at Branch Registry Rawalakot from 13th to 15th October 2021, (both days inclusive) for hearing the cases whereas Mr. Justice Khawaja Muhammad Nasim, Hon’ble Senior Judge Supreme Court, shall hear the cases, at Principal seat Muzaffarabad during the said period.

NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under Order I, Rule (5) of the Azad Jammu & Kashmir Supreme Court Rules 1978, the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Azad Jammu & Kashmir has been pleased to order that the long summer vacations shall commence from 4th of August, 2021. During summer vacations, Mr. Justice Khawaja Muhammad Nasim, Hon’ble Senior Judge and Mr. Justice Raza Ali Khan, Hon’ble Judge, shall perform functions as vacation judges, whereas Hon’ble Chief Justice shall remain Judge in waiting and will also be available to perform the administrative functions. The main office at Muzaffarabad as well as Branch Registries at Mirpur and Rawalakot shall remain open except on Saturdays, Sundays and all other Gazetted Holidays falling during the vacations.
